Does gold plated wear off?
Plating on a ring will normally wear off much faster than plating on a pendant, because a ring constantly rubs against fingers and objects throughout the day.
The thickness of the plating determines how long plating will last. Thicker plating layers last longer. We use high-quality 0.20 micron plating that lasts a long time depending on how the jewelry is maintained.
How do I clean my gold plated jewelry?
Do not clean gold plated jewelry with chemical products, instead gently wipe with a damp towel.
How do I clean my brass jewelry?
Since brass is a natural alloy it will gradually patina over time with exposure to oxygen and moisture. If you prefer a bright sheen, this effect can be achieved with a quick polish. All of our pieces can be polished with a brass cleaner (we use Brasso) and a soft cloth or paper towel. To clean using ingredients you may already have at home, mix lemon juice and baking soda into a paste, rub onto surface with a cloth, then rinse off and buff dry to a shine.
Do brass rings turn my finger green?
Brass jewelry can turn your skin green depending on the acidity of your skin. This is common when it comes to brass jewelry. Since brass is usually made of a combination of zinc and copper, it can often tarnish, or oxidize. We recommend to always wear your brass rings, as they will naturally polish with wear, and any green oxidation marks on your skin will clean with daily hand wash.
How do I keep my jewelry in optimal condition?
Treat the jewel with care to ensure its longevity. Keep the products in the original bag to avoid scratching. Put on your jewels after getting dressed and remove them before exercise, taking a shower, or going to the beach. To avoid discoloration, keep your jewels away from perfume, cosmetics, seawater, heat and moisture.
Why do I have an allergic reaction?
We do not use nickel as a base metal, nor do we plate with nickel silver. Our chains are gold filled or silver and free of nickel in the base metal. Our hypoallergenic gold filled or silver ear wires/posts are free of nickel and can be worn by everyone, without a risk of irritation. If you experience an allergic reaction, you may consider to be tested for every metal allergy.

How do I measure my ring size?
Because size and cut will vary between styles, please use this chart as a general guide. If you are between sizes or need assistance in choosing the proper size, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Using the fit chart: Find a ring that fits comfortably. Place the ring on a circle. The correct size should fit flush against the inside edge of the ring. When a ring is between two sizes, order a quarter size in between those two sizes. For example, if your ring measures between a Size 6 and a Size 6.5, order a Size 6.25.
Important: Before you print, make sure to uncheck any "Scale to Fit Page" check boxes. We cannot guarantee that ring sizing via paper will be accurate. We highly recommend getting sized by a local jeweler.
