Standard delivery (Spain) usually takes around 2-5 business days. Please note that custom orders may take 6-8 weeks to ship.
International orders
If your order hasn't arrived after three weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
Our jewelry is made by hand with special attention to detail ensuring high quality and long product life. However, if your piece needs to be repaired, we will repair it at no charge and will also cover the shipping costs.
If the product arrives with visible defects, please take photos and send them our way within 3 days of delivery. We will issue a repair or replacement covering shipping costs.
Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.
We accept the return of unworn and unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of order receipt, for exchange or store credit.
Return postage of items will be covered by the customer.
Any made to order, custom pieces and sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned for exchange or credit.
